How to Enable JavaScript
Some features of iScreensaver 4 require JavaScript to be enabled.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)
- Open IE8
- Hit the "Alt" key on your keyboard to reveal the Menubar
- Select the "Tools" menu, then select "Internet Options"
- Click the "Security" tab
- Click the "Internet" icon (the Globe)
- Click the "Custom Level" button
- Scroll down to the "Scripting" section near the bottom.
- Find the section named "Active scripting"
- Select "Enable"
- Click OK, then click OK again.
- Open Safari
- From the "Safari" menu, choose "Preferences"
- Click the "Security" tab
- Find the section named "Web Content"
- Click the Checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"
- Close the window.
- Changing your security settings should only be done in consultation with your local IT department.
- You do not need to select IE 8 or Safari as your default browser. You can continue to use a different browser such as FireFox.
