It appears to me that I cannot change settings (mouse corners, etc) and have them saved. They work for the time being, but if I have to reboot the machine, I have to reset. Is there not a preferences that gets stored someplace??

I like the screensaver while playing. However, probably because it seeks to not place anything in the system folder, there does not seem to be a way to save settings. I have also had a n umber of type 2 errors while it was running. I set it up at night and sometimes in the morning it has crashed. We have not encountered the problem with saving of preferences, but I have an idea to try: (1) Quit iScreensaver (2) Go into your system folder / preferences folder and delete two files: iScreensaver Prefs and iScreensaver Build Prefs. (3) Then, re-start the screensaver and see what happens. Type 2 errors are usually the result of system conflicts. What system version are you using? We recommend upgrading to 9.0.4 for best results.
