Hi,

I have just had a message from one of our clients telling me that a Flash screensaver that we created using iscreensaver has frozen on 4 of their machines. They have installed QT and were running fine to start with once installed. Any ideas why this is happening?

First, you put this question in the iScreensaver Classic section, which runs on Mac Only. It sounds like you are talking about iScreensaver Designer?

Can you clarify what product you are using, what OS you are using, and what version number, and also what version of Flash you used? This info will help us figure out the problem.
