Saving Energy while using a Screen Saver

Step 1 of 2: Set the Screen Saver Delay:
- From the Apple Menu, choose "Control Panels"
- Find the one that is your screen saver, and double-click it
- Click "Settings"
- Choose the "Sleep" time as needed
- Choose the "Energy Saver" time as needed
Step 2 of 2:Set the Energy Saver Settings:
- From the Apple Menu, choose "Control Panels"
- Find the one named "Energy Saver" and double-click it"
- Click "Show Details" if needed
- Click "Separate Timing for Display Sleep" and use the slider to set an appropriate delay
- Or, to make the entire computer sleep, use the "Put the system to sleep whenever it's inactive for" slider
- To have the entire computer turn on or off at certain times, click the "Schedule" tab
