    Q: How do I remove the floating overlay that shows the item filename?
    A: In the sequence editor, select the item(s) you want to work with. Right-click one of the items and choose Item/Behavior from the popup menu. Click the Overlays triangle, which will show you checkboxes for the overlays. You can enable or disable the Text Caption and Image Overlay.

    Q: Should I buy the "Pro" or "Ultimate" licenses?
    A: If you are only making screensavers for a single person or organization, and do not want to use the Locked-Content feature, then you should get the Pro version and register it in the name of author.
    If you want to use the Locking feature, or plan to build screensavers for multiple third parties or clients, then you get the Ultimate version, and register it in the name of your company (you can change the "License To:" name when you build).

    Q: The Screensaver exits as soon as it starts on Mac OS X 10.6 or 10.7
    A: This is due to a long-standing bug in OS X. The solution is to re-encode your video file with another video codec. Read the Release Notes and read about "Safe codec" in the "known issues"

    Q: iScreensaver doesn't work on my customer's Windows PC running XP, Vista, or 7
    A: Most often this is caused by either AntiVirus software or outdated Video Drivers.
