Download Help for Microsoft Windows:

The most important thing to remember is that when you click the download link, you must choose "Open" (or "Run").
If you choose "Save", you can either find the file on your hard disk and double-click it, or just click the download link again and this time choose "Open" (or "Run").

If the download still doesn't work, try resetting your Internet Explorer Cache.
Method A:
  1. Start Menu/My Computer
  2. Click the right mouse button on your C: drive and choose Properties
  3. Click the "Disk Cleanup" button.
  4. Make sure the button labelled "Temporary Internet Files" is checked.
  5. Click "OK"
Method B:
  1. Start Menu/Internet Explorer
  2. From the Tools menu, choose "Internet Options"
  3. Click the button labelled "Delete Files" (in the middle section).
